If the reason is damage during transportation, defective products, wrong products, etc., we will bear the freight. If the customer cannot be contacted for a long time, the express cannot be returned to the store for a second delivery, or the delivery is rejected or cancelled, the buyer will be charged for the round-trip freight and the increased cost of cash on delivery.
